Terms & Conditions
By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site.
The sellers acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party. Where, for any reason the product cannot be provided within 30 days any payment will be fully refunded. The product is at the risk of the buyer from despatch. Ownership of the product will only pass to the buyer after the seller has received full payment of all sums due in respect of the product including delivery charges. All refunds are given at the discretion of the management. (Please see refund section).
The buyer accepts responsibility for judging the suitability of the product for the buyers required purpose.

The products and the presentation of the products have been prepared in accordance with English Law, but the seller does not claim that they necessarily accord with the laws of other countries.
To the extent permitted by law the seller excludes and disclaims any warranties in relation to the product. However, the buyers statutory rights are not affected. No warranties are given by the seller. The buyer must rely upon manufacturers warranty only, where applicable. Whilst we hope that and expect that you will be delighted with
your choice of purchase, no refunds can be guaranteed. However no responsibility or liability will be accepted for manufacturers faults, howsoever arising from faulty manufacture. Exchanges are at the sellers discretion.
Whilst every reasonable care possible will be taken to ensure that your goods are dispatched properly and promptly we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for goods lost, damaged or stolen in course of transit following dispatch of same. Having paid by credit card if any such circumstance of loss should occurre then please check
with your credit card provider for guidance and/or claim.
The buyer acknowledges that the seller may retain and use the buyers details provided with this order. The seller confirms that it will not pass these details to other parties without the buyers consent, except to the extent required to perform the transaction.
Any sale is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
Please note that you may only purchase products from this site if you are over 18.
Handmade Items
The consistency of shape of the product may vary. The purchase and use of this product is entirely at the buyers own risk and all buyer and third party liability is excluded.
Shipping
We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days (If the Royal Mail is running smoothly). All orders are posted using Royal Mail and are usually received within 2 working days within the UK and longer delivery times for international deliveries.
Cancellation Rights
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until they are signed for by a Crazy Magpie employee.
Customers are reminded that they are entitled to a full refund on cancellation even though the product may not be faulty in anyway.
Customers must inform us in writing (email: mail@crazymagpie.co.uk). A refund will be made as soon as possible after you cancel and in any case no later than 30 days.
In the case of a cancellation the return postage must be made by the consumer.
The consumers cancellation rights end seven working days after the day on which the goods are delivered.
Returns
Refunds will be issued for any item that is returned within seven days of receipt, if in its original packaging and condition. Any damaged, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will promptly issue a refund to the PayPal account used for purchase.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customised items cannot be returned.
Refunds due to no stock or unable to meet your timescale will be refunded in full.
Privacy Policy
Crazy Magpie does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Your email address and delivery addresses are strictly private and confidential.
